Typically the standard lease term is one year, however leases signed between the months of October and February may vary. A $40 nonrefundable processing fee must be submitted with your application and resident screening form. Upon acceptance of this application and resident screening form, the applicant will have three (3) business days to submit a NON-REFUNDABLE "Holding Fee" in the amount of $350.00 in the form of a money order, personal check or cash, which will be applied towards the first month's rent. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due when you move in. *
*We accept cats (up to 2 per apartment) for an additional $35 per month per cat and with a $295 nonrefundable security deposit per cat.
